Why buyers choose this 7×4 trailer
The Micro Cube 74 sits on a hot-dipped galvanised steel chassis with a phenolic-topped floor, so the parts that take the knocks won’t rust through. The enclosed body keeps rain, dust and prying eyes off your load, and the rear door closes with a neat seal. It is a simple, sturdy box that does its job without fuss.
A rear door suits boxed goods, tools and stock better than a ramp, and it can be padlocked when the trailer is parked. If you mainly carry wheeled kit, ask us about a ramp version instead.
What people use it for
- Carrying tools and stock that need to stay dry and locked away overnight
- House moves, tip runs for bagged waste and trips to the storage unit
- Camping and festival kit, bikes and paddleboards
- Event and market stall equipment, or a small mobile workshop

We keep spare parts for every 7×4 trailer we sell, from wheels to lighting.
Before you buy
Check your vehicle’s braked and unbraked towing limits, which you’ll find in the handbook or on the VIN plate. The trailer plus everything in it must stay under that figure. Most drivers with a full car licence can tow up to 3,500kg maximum authorised mass, and the GOV.UK guide to towing with a car explains the rules in more detail. It’s also worth measuring your driveway gate or garage door against the external height before you order.

7×4 trailer FAQs
Can I tow this 7×4 trailer with a normal car?
In most cases, yes. It’s an unbraked trailer, so the trailer and its load must stay within the 750kg legal limit for unbraked trailers and within your car’s own unbraked towing limit.
Is the 7×4 trailer lockable?
The rear can be secured, and we’d add a hitch lock and wheel clamp if it’s left loaded overnight. Both are available in our trailer accessories range.
Can I see the Micro Cube 74 before ordering?
Yes. Email us first and we’ll make sure one is on display at our Bromsgrove yard when you visit.
