We’re open seven days a week, 8am to 8pm. Stoke Prior is just south of Bromsgrove in Worcestershire, a short drive from the M5 and M42. If you’re coming to see a particular trailer, email us first so we can make sure it’s on site and ready for you.
What to include when you contact Apache Trailers
A few details help us give you a useful answer first time:
- The trailer, or type of trailer, you’re looking at.
- Your vehicle make and model, and its towing limit if you know it.
- What you plan to carry, with rough sizes and weights.
- Whether you’d like to collect, or would like to ask about other options.
For spare parts, a photo of the part and the trailer model or chassis plate is the fastest way to get the right item.

- Monday to Friday: 8am to 8pm
- Saturday: 8am to 8pm
- Sunday: 8am to 8pm
We’re here every day of the week, including weekends, which is when most people like to come and look at trailers. Bank holiday hours can vary, so it’s worth emailing ahead.
Getting to the yard
Hobden Hall Farm is on Shaw Lane in Stoke Prior, a village just south of Bromsgrove. For turn-by-turn directions, use the postcode B60 4DU or open directions in Google Maps. There’s space to park and turn, including if you arrive with a trailer already on the back.
If you’re collecting a trailer you’ve bought, bring the vehicle you’ll be towing with. We’ll check the hitch height and the electrical socket with you, connect everything up and make sure the lights work before you leave.

Parts and spares
We stock spare wheels, covers, security products, lighting parts and chipper spares. If you can’t see the part you need on the site, contact Apache Trailers with a photo and we’ll check what we can get.
Orders and collection
When you contact Apache Trailers about an existing order, include your order number so we can find it quickly and agree a collection time that suits you.
Returns and problems
If something you bought from us isn’t right, tell us as soon as you can. Email a short description and a few photos, along with your order number, and we’ll explain the next steps. Our returns policy sets out your rights, including the 14-day cancellation period for online orders.

We’re always keen to hear how we can do better, whether it’s about the website, a product or a visit to the yard. Good or bad, contact Apache Trailers and send it over. It all gets read, and it helps us improve things for the next customer.
